The challenge

A city-critical market operating on outdated infrastructure.

Greater Amman Municipality's central wholesale market handles 3,000+ tonnes of fresh produce daily across 17 hectares, inside infrastructure, food-safety, and logistics norms that no longer fit a modern capital. The mandate: a bankable modernisation feasibility study to World Bank standards, delivered with deep local engagement.
