Partnership model

One local partner across the whole bid, from EOI to delivery.

International firms bring the global track record. We make the bid compliant, credible, and deliverable on the ground in Jordan.

International consulting and engineering firms win Jordan work on the strength of their global track record. What decides whether the bid is compliant, and whether delivery holds together on the ground, is the local partner.

Ivvesa is built to be that partner — one accountable Jordanian counterparty across the whole arc of a mandate, from the expression of interest to the final signed-off report. We plug in at three points, and often across all three on the same engagement.

Bid support

We join your bid team as the named Jordanian partner and make the submission compliant, credible, and competitive — before the deadline, not after. Most international firms lose Jordan tenders on local eligibility and evidence, not on technical merit. We close that gap.

What's included
  • Reference letters and letters of intent
  • MoU, teaming, and consortium agreements
  • Local-content and in-country-value commitments
  • Jordanian classification and eligibility clearance
  • In-country cost and price intelligence
  • CVs and past-performance evidence from our bench

This is the role we played on the World Bank and MoPIC-funded Amman Central Market feasibility bid, in consortium with ACCIONA.

Consortium delivery

Once the tender is won, we run the Jordan-side delivery so your team can lead the technical scope without managing a country operation from abroad. Fieldwork, workshops, and regulator liaison happen in Amman, in Arabic, on the ground.

What's included
  • Local consultants staffed to the workplan
  • Field surveys and primary data collection
  • Arabic-language stakeholder workshops
  • Ministry, municipality, and regulator liaison
  • Bilingual, donor-grade deliverables
  • A partner accountable from kickoff to sign-off

On the GAM programme, engagement, regulatory navigation, and ministerial liaison were owned end-to-end by our local team — and the documentation survived World Bank audit on first review.

Local talent sourcing

Need a specific specialist in Amman on a short timeline? We mobilise from a vetted national bench to the exact shape and duration of your assignment — one brief to us, one team managed for you.

What's included
  • Urban planners and economists
  • Water, transport, and energy engineers
  • Environmental and social (ESIA) specialists
  • Regulatory, HR, and labour-policy advisors
  • Typically mobilised within two weeks
  • Scaled up or down as the workplan moves

One accountable point of contact: you brief us once, and we build and manage the team around your scope.
