About Ivvesa

The Jordan partner built for donor-funded delivery.

International consulting and engineering firms bring the global track record. Ivvesa is the credible local counterparty that makes their Jordan bid competitive, their delivery on schedule, and their client happy.

Ivvesa

Ivvesa is an Amman-based strategic consultancy specialising in feasibility studies, regulatory advisory, urban planning, environmental and social assessment, and institutional capacity building for large public-sector and donor-funded projects in Jordan.

The firms we work with are winning and delivering mandates funded by the World Bank, MoPIC, and the Government of Jordan. What they need on the ground is a partner who understands both the institutions and the technical scope, and who can carry real delivery weight rather than just a name on the bid. That is the role we play.

Our record spans donor-funded feasibility, consortium delivery, stakeholder coordination, and follow-on mandates, with the Amman Central Market modernization programme for Greater Amman Municipality as one documented flagship.

How we work

What makes Ivvesa a dependable partner.

Senior-led, end to end

Every engagement is owned by a partner from bid to sign-off. No layered teams, no handoffs, one accountable voice on your account.

A vetted national bench

Urban planners, economists, engineers, HR specialists, and regulatory advisors, mobilised on demand to the shape and timeline of each assignment.

Standards that clear review

Feasibility, ESIA, and advisory delivered to World Bank and MoPIC requirements, in the format international bid teams expect.

Government-relations fluency

Years of working with ministries and municipalities. We know which door to knock on, which approval to request first, and how long each step takes.

Abdel Rahman on LinkedIn

Ivvesa is led by Abdel Rahman Alzubaidi, Founder and CEO. He holds an MBA in Food Security — the discipline behind our flagship wholesale-market and agriculture work — and the PMP credential, which shows in how tightly our engagements are scoped, sequenced, and delivered. In 2024 he was named to Forbes Middle East's 30 Under 30.

He leads every engagement personally. Rather than carry idle overhead, Ivvesa runs lean and builds each project team to fit — drawing on a vetted national network of urban planners, economists, engineers, and regulatory specialists, mobilised to the exact shape and timeline of the assignment. For clients, that means one accountable partner and a team sized precisely to the work.

“A high level of professional expertise, strong teamwork, and commitment. A clear priority on delivering the best possible outcome, beyond purely commercial considerations.”
